Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PokerPulseLab collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the service.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: email, authentication identifiers, and profile metadata from your selected login provider.

Poker data: uploaded hand histories, derived hand statistics, and session analytics.

Technical data: IP-related request metadata, device/browser signals, cookies, and security logs.

2. How We Use Data

To provide core features: account access, hand parsing, analytics, and AI-based assistant outputs.

To maintain service security, monitor abuse, and improve reliability and performance.

To communicate service updates, account notices, and support responses.

We guarantee that your uploaded hand histories (HH) will not be shared with other users to study your personal strategy or create exploits against you.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

Processing is based on service performance (account and product delivery), legitimate interests (security and quality), and consent where required.

By using the service, you consent to processing described in this policy.

4. Processors and Third Parties

Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to operate PokerPulseLab, including database/auth providers, AI providers, and hosting platforms.

When processing data through AI providers (LLMs), hand histories are transmitted in a depersonalized format (without opponent nicknames, whenever possible). Your data is never used to train public AI models.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and uploaded data are stored while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Data may be retained for a limited period after deletion requests when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

You may request account deletion and associated data removal, subject to legal and security retention obligations.

7. Cookies and Session Data

We use cookies and session tokens for authentication, security, and basic product functionality.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent login and protected feature access.

8. International Processing

Data may be processed in multiple countries depending on infrastructure providers.

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect personal data in cross-border processing.

9. Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and older.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are effective when published on this page.
