PokerPulseLab provides tools for retrospective analysis of completed gaming sessions. The service is strictly not intended for use in real-time mode (RTA - Real-Time Assistance) during active gameplay.
The service is informational and educational. It is not financial, legal, or gambling advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your poker activity.
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You retain ownership of uploaded hand histories and related data.
You grant PokerPulseLab a limited license to process uploaded data solely to operate and improve the service.
You must not upload content you do not have rights to use.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt service operation.
You must not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
The user is strictly prohibited from using the service's analytical features concurrently with active poker clients. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
The user agrees to abide by the Fair Play principles set forth in the Service interface, and acknowledges that violating these principles constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Paid subscriptions may be introduced or updated over time.
Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown in-product at the point of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.
The service may change, be updated, or be suspended at any time.
We may modify these terms. Material changes are effective when published on this page.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerPulseLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
Your use of strategic outputs and decisions based on them is your responsibility.
PokerPulseLab assumes no responsibility for any sanctions (including account bans or confiscation of funds) imposed on the user by poker rooms. The user acknowledges the risks of using third-party software and assumes full responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are intended to be jurisdiction-neutral and apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Any disputes should be resolved under the legal framework applicable to the service operator and mandatory local consumer laws.
